Our Administrative Assistant, Jane, began her career in Business and Administration in 2011, at her family’s printing business in the Philippines and was exposed early on to building networks, initiating negotiations, creating systems and the like.
The Pandemic forced her to slow down and think courageously for herself and her family, hence decided to restart her life in Canada as a student. Being a more outspoken individual, she joined multiple School Associations that allowed her to be of service to her fellow students by being their voice and advocating for themselves as students. She graduated in 2025 with a Post Degree Diploma in Business Management and was the recipient of the Lieutenant Governor’s Medal for Inclusion, Democracy and Diversity.
Being part of the Up-Beat First Aid & Safety Ltd. family since 2025, she continues advocating for people and this time for the community as well. Creating a space where people feel safe and supported as they learn.
