Nicole has been part if the Up-Beat First Aid & Safety Training Ltd. Family since 2021 and is our instructor for Red Cross and WorkSafe Courses.
She brings with her a wealth of experience being an active working member of the BC ambulance since 2018. She advanced her career in this field and became a Licensed, Advanced Care Paramedic in 2022. Teaching in tandem with Melissa Pradolini, she further worked towards advancing her career in the field by becoming a Licensed Examiner for the Emergency Medical Assistants Licensing Board (EMALB) in 2025.
Her ability to develop creative real-life scenarios especially when working with medic training students help them prepare for their encounters in their line of work. Her hands-on, direct and no-nonsense way of teaching has made her a beloved instructor to our students as well as a mentor to some students who wish to take the same path in becoming a paramedic.
