CPR training provides the skills needed to recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies and choking for adults, children, and babies. CPR A
Covers the core essentials of CPR training. The CPR A course is available as a 4-hour in-class or 2 hours in-class + 3 hours online learning.
CPR C
Covers the core essentials of CPR training. The CPR C course is available as a 5-hour in-class or 3 hours in-class + 3 hours online learning.
BLS (formerly HCP CPR)
This BLS (foremly HCP CPR) course is designed to build participant confidence in performing CPR with a duty to respond in a team environment for professionals.
Emergency First Aid & CPR C
Response to emergency situations both at home and work with this comprehensive one-day course. Choose from CPR A and CPR C options.
Standard First Aid & CPR C
This is a comprehensive course that covers the basic essentials of both first aid and CPR treatment and response. Certification is valid for three years.
Blended EFA & CPR C
A one-day training course that covers first aid and CPR for all work or home emergencies. It meets legislation and provincial requirements.
Blended SFA & CPR C
This Standard CPR course offers a two-day training program that covers first aid and CPR. Ideal for those needing more training for work.

Yes the Red Cross offers the blended First Aid & CPR courses. This includes the online theory done in the comfort of your own home or workplace, followed by the practical skills assessment done at one of our training centres. These blended courses are acceptable with industry and the workplace.
